Job Description:
As a Jostens Independent Sales Representative (1099), you are
highly motivated and interested in building your own business. You
are entrepreneurial in nature and want more out of life than just a
job.YOU HAVE:

- Sales Skills. Relevant and proven sales and/or sales management
experience (consultative, educational, B2C).
- Highly Disciplined & Self-Motivated. Demonstrated personal

- Relationship Management. Demonstrated success developing new
business and maintaining customer relationships through great
customer focus.
- Technical Skills. Strong business and financial acumen.
- Great Communication Skills. You enjoy acting as a true business
partner and communicate effectively with stakeholders and
customers.
- Flexibility. Regional/territory and national travel required
(percentage varies dependent on territory location and
demographics).
- Experience. Our ideal candidate has 2+ years of related
experience.
- Education. You have a 4-year degree (preferred not
required).YOU WILL:
- Growth. Gain market share through customer and prospect
development.
- Develop. Build and maintain customer relationships and work
effectively with school administrations, organizations and their
advisors, teachers, and students.
- Advise. School administration on products and services offered
by Jostens.
- Compliance. Comply with all applicable laws associated with the
services performed for Jostens.
- Maintain. Maintain an independent business office.
- Operations. Responsible for all business expenses, including
but not limited to travel to facilitate sale.
- Team Development. Hiring, retaining, and compensating an office
and sales staff as needed.
- Integrity. Represent the Jostens brand and shared values of
accountability to customers, unwavering integrity, responsibility
