Nordstrom is seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team as a Beauty Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals, leveraging effective sales tools and techniques to drive in-store and digital sales.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service.
• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and product knowledge to deliver expert advice and guidance.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a customer-ready department, including tasks such as filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns.
• Grow customer relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and providing exceptional service.Requirements
