Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales through suggestive selling and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockrooms, and fitting rooms
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and visual merchandising, including creating visually appealing store displays and promoting products to customers
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectivesRequirements:
  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
