Job Information: Located in Canton, MA
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or as designated
Pay-rate: $23.00-$25.00 / hour depending on experience
Contract-to-permanent opportunity!


Facility Maintenance Assistant Job Responsibilities: Position will be reporting to the Facility Maintenance Coordinator.
Responsible for maintaining three buildings on the property.
Set up new rooms and change light bulbs for employees.
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of building problems daily.
Ensuring that all facilities are properly maintained and operated and ensuring the safety and comfort of employees and vendors.
Ensuring safety standards are followed throughout the facility, including testing building security systems, and working with Operations Management in creating action plans for emergencies.
Ensuring compliance with all regulations and codes related to building safety and maintenance.
Managing and overseeing all building staff and vendors such as but not limited to custodial, landscaping, and security services.
Scheduling and coordinating all building and maintenance projects.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures for facility use and management.
Coordinating event setup and logistics as needed
Maintaining accurate records of all inventory, equipment, and assets utilizing the CMMS


Facility Maintenance Assistant Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
At least three (3) years of related experience. Must have other HVAC related maintenance experience.
Prior experience working with outside vendors, contactors or service providers highly desirable.
At least one year of prior experience utilizing a computerized maintenance management system (CCMS)
