Description:Job Title: Lead MechanicJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Bridgewater We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mechanics and a proven track record of leading a team of mechanics to success. As a Lead Mechanic, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of a variety of vehicles and equipment.Responsibilities:- Lead a team of mechanics to ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard- Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles and equipment- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner- Maintain accurate records of all work completed- Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies- Train and mentor junior mechanicsRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic- Strong leadership skills- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Valid driver's licenseIf you are a skilled mechanic with a passion for leadership and a desire to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Requirements: Minimum Education and Experience

• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent, Trade School preferred
• Minimum 3 + Years' Experience in Automotive, Fleet or Transportation Industry
