vehicles.Your RoleThe Executive Assistant will operate in a
dynamic, rapidly changing environment which requires flexibility,
adaptability and initiative, as well as excellent organizational
and problem-solving skills. This role acts as a partner to the Sr.
Executive Leader, managing the calendar, keeping her prepared,
advising of outstanding issues and proactively following up.The
ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of
executive support tasks and enjoy the challenge of supporting a
member of the Sr. Executive Leadership team. The role requires
interacting with staff at all levels, sometimes under pressure,
while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Other necessary
skills include attention to detail, strong written and verbal
communication skills, and strong decision-making ability. In your
daily job you will:
- Provide sophisticated calendar management for Sr. Executive
leadership. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting
conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth
day-to-day engagements.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that
facilitate the Sr. Executive leader's ability to effectively lead
their organization, including: assisting with special projects;
designing and producing complex documents, reports, and
presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings
with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing
correspondence.
- Making travel arrangements.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and
external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Sr.
Executive leader, including those of a highly confidential or
critical nature.
- Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action,
referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect Sr.
Executive Leader's style and organization policy.
- Working closely with the Executive Leader to keep them well
informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up
appropriately.
- Coordinate all Sr. Executive Team meetings and retreats and
assist with staff meetings and events as needed.
- Other strategic projects/duties as assigned.Your BackgroundKey

necessary.Must Haves (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of five years' experience working as an Executive
Assistant.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word,
PowerPoint, Excel and Teams).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Nice to Haves
(Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, WebEx, Zoom, Workday, Concur and
Diligent.
- Previous experience at a global organization, working with a
dispersed team.
- Project management or event planning experience.
- Customer-service mindset.
- Good understanding of corporate governance and related policies
