Our culture is dynamic, collaborative and biased towards execution. You're passionate about evaluating and demonstrating new technology for the maritime industry.Responsibilities

• Perform systematic field testing for advanced marine autonomy systems.
• Methodically validate system features and performance on a variety of marine vessels and provide detailed performance and quality data to technical teams.
• Conduct on-the-water demonstrations of marine autonomy system technology to customers, investors and media.
• Provide operational support for safety and system certification testing.
• Share knowledge of marine systems and vessel operations with technology teams for the development of new products.
• Build a culture of marine operational excellence within the operations department.Requirements and Skills
  • 3+ years' progressive experience in professional maritime positions aboard commercial vessels.
  • Current marine 100t tonnage license or greater; experience as a Mate or Captain.
  • Proficiency with bridge navigation and communications systems.
  • Ability to work with modern graphical user interfaces of common bridge systems and troubleshoot.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills.
