We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Meat Associate Team Lead to join our team at Whole Foods Market. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and develop a team of meat department professionals, while ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: As a Meat Associate Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of meat department professionals, including training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Customer Service: You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
• Sales Growth: You will be responsible for driving sales growth in the meat department, through effective merchandising, inventory management, and product knowledge.
• Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, including ordering and receiving products, and ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
• Store Operations: You will be expected to maintain a high level of store operations, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Communication: You will be responsible for communicating effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders, including providing timely and thorough performance evaluations.Requirements
  • 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience
  • High energy, enthusiastic, and displays an affinity for our products, core values, and company philosophy
  • Extensive knowledge of meat products
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
