Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Anticipate guests' needs and ensure service meets/exceeds expectations for a memorable dining experience.
  
• Inspect dining room, table settings, and floors for cleanliness and safety.
  
• Receive and greet guests; assist with seating if necessary.
  
• Check tables for guest satisfaction and resolve issues.
  
• Maintain knowledge of menu presentation standards and food preparation techniques.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Minimum 2-3 years as a Captain in an upscale, high volume restaurant.
    
  • Minimum 2 years in a Michelin recognized restaurant preferred.
    
  • Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
    
  • Possesses the drive to provide exceptional service.
    
  • Full time flexible hours required (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
    
  • Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.
    
  • Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel.
