LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Boston, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team.
This position is hybrid optional \u2013 one day remote.
The firm offers a collaborative environment and great benefits.Responsibilities:
--- - - - - - - Assisting attorneys with complex transactional matters including corporate law, commercial real estate, and trusts and estates
--- - - - - - - Drafting and filing business entity documents
--- - - - - - - Conducting UCC searches
--- - - - - - - Preparing real estate closing binders, tax returns, and estate planning documents
--- - - - - - - Corresponding with clients
--- - - - - - - Tracking deadlines and calendaring
--- - - - - - - Performing legal research
Requirements:
--- - - - - - - 5+ years of recent transactional paralegal experience
--- - - - - - - Strong MS Office knowledge including Excel
--- - - - - - - Excellent communication skills
--- - - - - - - Great time management skills
--- - - - - - - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
