OverviewJoin the founding engineering team as Rally's 5th engineer . Work alongside the co-founder/CTO and founding engineering team to build foundational features for Rally's User Research CRM. You'll build 0 to 1 products across the full stack from React to the API layer.At Rally, we value small teams and full ownership. As a senior product engineer, the expectation is for you to tech lead each project. You'll be responsible for planning, scoping, executing, testing, and finally releasing high quality, high crafted products.Lastly, by joining our small engineering team, you'll help build the company culture and define what engineering looks like at Rally.Who you are

  • Build and own 0 -> 1 features in the product
  • Scale existing features from MVPs to an enterprise grade product
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners like design, marketing, sales, cs and the co-founders
  • Work across the fullstack (React/NextJS, Node, GraphQL) to turn Figma mock ups into working product
  • Ensure the product maintains a high bar for security, privacy, reliability, performance, and code qualityOur Tech Stack

      • You have experience developing and maintaining complex web applications
      • You have experience building components with React
      • You have experience working with Javascript/Typescript
