Job Description:
Join our team at Amica Mutual Pavilion in Providence, Rhode
Island, as a seasonal part-time Lead Line Cook. You will assist the
Executive Chef with food preparation and assembling dishes
according to recipes & specifications for our full service
restaurant, luxury suites, catering service & team meals. Your
expertise will contribute to maintaining high-quality standards,
fostering teamwork, and enhancing the overall culinary experience
for our guests.
Responsibilities include executing food preparation and cooking
across various kitchen stations, rotating through different
stations to ensure all areas are covered, collaborating with the
culinary team to maintain consistency in quality, and upholding
high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety.
Requirements include significant experience as a line cook,
showcasing advanced culinary skills, proven ability to work
efficiently in different kitchen stations, strong leadership
skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, knowledge
of food safety and sanitation regulations, and flexibility to adapt
to evolving menu requirements and kitchen dynamics.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $23.00 - $24.00,
