Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Culinary Team Member to join our team at Brock & Company Inc. - Marlborough. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of foods, including soups, sauces, salads, and entrees.Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook foods according to recipes and production orders.
• Comprehend and execute verbal and written food recipes, production orders, and cooking instructions.
• Set up, maintain, and breakdown food stations, including preparing and stocking ingredients.
• Operate and maintain food preparation equipment, including meat and cheese slicers.
• Prepare and maintain the salad bar, including production, set up, replenishing, cleaning, and breakdown.
• Receive, unpack, unwrap, date, and store food deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Follow all outlined health and safety regulations and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards.Benefits:
