About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Sushi Cook to join
our team at Momosan Ramen by Morimoto in Boston, Massachusetts.Key
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality sushi dishes in accordance with
established recipes and standards.
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi
preparation.
- Handle, slice, and present fish and other ingredients with
precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient and
organized workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the sushi
preparation area.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of sushi ingredients.
- Uphold food safety regulations and practices.Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a sushi cook or similar role is
required.
- In-depth knowledge of sushi preparation techniques.
- Strong knife skills and precision in handling raw fish and
other ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.Working
