Job Description:
Summary: Support unit management in the production, cooking and
service of all hot and cold food required at the unit. Supervise
aspects of the kitchen, staff and production.
Key responsibilities include the production, preparation and
cooking of foods, station setup, assisting management in purchasing
and inventory control, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and
providing excellent customer service.
Essential requirements include comprehension of food recipes and
production orders, background in banquet or catering production,
following health and safety regulations, and the ability to stand
for extended periods of time.
