Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a line cook, dishwasher, fryer, or kitchen janitor at our Michelin-recommended Chinese hot pot restaurant in Boston.Key responsibilities include:

Setting up and stocking stations with necessary supplies
Preparing vegetables, sauces, and food items
Cooking menu items in collaboration with kitchen staff
Cleaning up stations and managing leftover food
Stocking inventory
Washing dishesPreferred qualifications include:
- Cooking or Back of the House experience
- Dishwashing experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to meet scheduling commitments and anticipate kitchen needsWe offer competitive hourly compensation ($16.00-$20.00) and benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, 401k, potential bonuses, and dining discounts.Required skills include:
