Contessa Boston is seeking a skilled Pasta Cook to join our culinary team at this esteemed rooftop destination in Boston.As a Pasta Cook at Contessa Boston, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pasta dishes in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Your strong work ethic and attention to detail will ensure that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.Responsibilities:

• Prepare food for service by chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Stock inventory appropriately to ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashionRequirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of Fresh Pasta experience
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience strongly preferred
  • Team-orientated and positive attitude
