Join our team as a Cook at Brock & Company, Inc. where you will experience a work schedule that allows for a quality of life. You will be responsible for producing, preparing and cooking foods to include soups, sauces, salads, entrees, catering and all other items determined by the Chef Manager. Your daily tasks will include comprehending verbal and written food recipes, production orders, cooking instructions and techniques in preparation of daily menus. You will also be required to station setup, maintenance and breakdown, assemble, operate and disassemble equipment, and receive, unpack, unwrap, date, rotate and stow deliveries. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and safe work area, provide excellent customer service, follow health and safety regulations, and adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Produce, prepare and cook foods to include soups, sauces, salads, entrees, catering and all other items determined by the Chef Manager.
• Comprehend both verbal and written food recipes, production orders, cooking instructions and techniques in preparation of daily menus.
• Station setup, maintenance and breakdown of the station and prepare, stock, label and date all products for the station.
• Assemble, operate and disassemble the meat and cheese slicers, knife skills, familiarity with related utensils and equipment including food processor and robocoupe.
• Prep all salad bar related food items including production, set up, replenishing, cleaning and breakdown.
• Receive, unpack, unwrap, date, rotate and stow deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area via supervisor instruction and applicable health, safety and food handling regulations.Benefits for Full-Time Employees:
