Job Description:

Contessa - Boston is seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team.Responsibilities:

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Understand all menu offerings, food descriptions, and ingredients and be able to communicate this information to guests.
• Set tables according to established standards to ensure guests have everything needed at each stage of service.
• Maintain the cleanliness of tables between courses and reset tables upon completion of meal.
• Assist the front-of-house team with other duties as required or assigned.Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a high-volume, upscale restaurant.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.Benefits:
