Initial hiring pay range (based on location, experience, etc.): starting at $22.00 - $25.50 / hourEarn up to $1500 in bonuses. Become eligible for a $500 bonus 1 month from hire date and 120 hours worked. The future for Raising Cane's is growth focused and we're on the path to being one of the top ten restaurant companies in the United States.Your Role at Raising Cane's:The Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the restaurant and upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture in shift management responsibilities of restaurant operations.The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, lifting and bending) and interacting with customers.
