GQR Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Home Health
for a local contract nursing job in Leominster, Massachusetts.Job
Description & Requirements
Join our team as a dedicated Registered Nurse in the Home Health
department. This day shift role involves a 40---hour work week,
Monday to Friday, with a 13---week contract.
Responsibilities:
--- Deliver home---based patient care
--- Manage patient records via Oasis EMR
--- Comply with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
--- Valid MA Nursing License
--- 2 years nursing experience
--- BLS Certification
--- Ability to float as needed
--- COVID---19 vaccination recommended
Additional Information:
--- Position based in Leominster, MA, location may vary
--- No specific scrub color
--- PPE and parking details provided later
--- 1:1 patient ratio
