Job Summary:Metrowest Medical Center is seeking a qualified Adolescent Psychiatric Counselor to join their team. This is a part-time position that will be responsible for providing community support services and therapeutic services to patients.Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor services and provide community support services and therapeutic services
• Use a basic knowledge of diagnostic characteristics, symptomology of primary mental illness and knowledge of medications, side effects and benefits to provide services in a person-centered, supportive, community-based environment
• Work under the supervision of a board-approved supervisorRequirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Experience: 1 year of experience or supervised-post graduate counseling experience (internship) with specified direct client contact under the supervision of a board-approved supervisor
