Job Summary:MetroWest Medical Center is seeking a skilled Nursing Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical patient care to adolescent patients on a per shift basis. Your expertise will be instrumental in assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to ensure the highest quality of patient outcomes.Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
• Provide direct clinical care to patients, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure they are providing high-quality care.Requirements:
  • Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited nursing program.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
