As an RN on the Medical-Surgical Unit, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and making decisions that impact patient outcomes. • Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate patient care
• Support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring the competency of clinical staff and effective resource management
• Model professional behavior and advocate for the nursing professionRequirements:
  • Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice nursing in the state of practice
