• Provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
• Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
• Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure competency of clinical staff and effective resource management.
• Develop and maintain effective interpersonal and communication skills, serving as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.Requirements:
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a registered nurse.
  • CPR certification.
  • Education: Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
