Nurse Recruiter Role Overview
The RN Campus Recruiter will be the hands-on lead for the recruitment of current students as well as newly graduated individuals entering the workforce.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategy to meet our new graduate workforce goals in partnership with nursing leadership at the local level.
Develop deep relationships with partner schools, including onsite visits, to ensure a sufficient pipeline of new grad talent to our workforce.
Partner with nursing leadership to develop and execute a strategy to meet our new graduate workforce goals.
