We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Caretenders, a part of LHC Group.About the Position:This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to provide 1:1 patient care in a Point of Care setting. You will have the ability to build trusted nurse-patient relationships and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide and direct provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician.
• Coordinate total plan of care with other health care professionals involved in care and help to achieve and maintain continuity of patient care.
• Make the initial and/or comprehensive nursing evaluation visit, determine primary focus of care, and develop the plan of care within state specific guidelines.Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in MA.
  • Current CPR certification.
