  - BSN required, Master's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
  - RN Required
  - Clinical or professional specialty certification required within 1 1/2 years.
  - 3-5 years of nursing practice experience in critical care required
  - Experience in facilitating precepting, training and or education programs required.
  
  The Nursing Professional Development Staff Educator is accountable for implementing and supporting programs for staff development, education, quality, and evidence-based practice. The Nurse Educator must have strong presence on the clinical units to advance competencies of nursing department staff. Facilitates assessment and identification of practice gaps and learning needs.
