Up to $7,500 Sign-On Bonus for Experienced Registered NursesMetroWest Medical Center is committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive care at a location close to home. As a part-time Registered Nurse on our CVU Step Down unit, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care plans
• Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated
• Support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Model effective interpersonal and communication skillsRequirements:
  • Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse
