Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Pathology Specialist - Per Diem to join our team at Metrowest Medical Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive speech and language services.Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders, including those with cognitive-communication impairments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between treatment settings.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure/certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with pediatric and adult populations in a clinical setting.
