Job Summary: Saint Vincent Hospital seeks a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care and lead a team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.About the Role: As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients, as well as supervising staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. You will work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure competency of clinical staff and effective resource management.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care plans
• Supervise staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to ensure competency of clinical staff and effective resource management
• Develop and maintain effective interpersonal and communication skills to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of staffRequirements:
  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy; CPR certification
  • PICC certification preferred
