Job Summary:
This role involves providing direct clinical patient care, including assessing, planning, and implementing care plans for assigned patients. You will also supervise staff and ensure that all care is delivered in a safe and effective manner.
Responsibilities:

• Assess and plan patient care, including developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Provide direct care to patients, including administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff, ensuring that all care is delivered in a safe and effective manner.
• Monitor patient outcomes and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
  Requirements:
  
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • CPR certification.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
