Ped CC NP
Details:
--- Start Date: December 16
--- Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (Day & Night; primarily looking for night shifts)
--- Support Staff: Lead APRNs and APRN Director
Skills required:
--- Provide front-line care and coordinate treatment for critically ill patients in the Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit (MSICU)
--- Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and implement both pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions
--- Conduct bedside procedures and deliver family-centered care to patients and their families
--- Collaborate with acute care providers and interdisciplinary team members during daily rounds
--- Perform physical exams, review medical history, and diagnose health and developmental issues
--- Manage therapeutic regimens for patients with acute and chronic diseases, following approved guidelines
Requirements:
--- BLS and PALS certifications required
--- Minimum 2 years of inpatient critical care experience
--- Experience with EPIC EMR is a must
