Seeking an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner to join Endocrinology APP Team just north of Boston, MA.Job Description:

• The provider will receive clinical training and support from an extremely collegial staff that go above and beyond to serve the patients in need.
• The Inpatient Diabetes Advanced Practitioner will work in collaboration with a team of APPs and attending physicians to ensure high quality and timely care for patients with diabetes, both in a hospital setting, and as they transition to home. Details:
  • Full time; 4/10 hour days
  • Weekend and holiday rotation (every 3rd weekend)
  • Inpatient care with a rotation to a transitional care clinic
