Location : Beverly, MA Facility Type : Hospital Start Date : September 22, 2024 Shift : Days Estimated Weekly Pay : $2,295.47 Duration : 13 Weeks Hours Per Week : 36 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) team at a leading hospital in Beverly, MA. This role offers the opportunity to provide care to a diverse patient population in a well-established healthcare setting known for delivering high-quality patient outcomes. As part of the day shift , you'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, using advanced technology and practices to ensure excellent patient care. You'll be expected to manage a variety of cases, including post-surgical and chronically ill patients, with a focus on recovery and discharge planning. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in the Med-Surg unit
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs
• Administer medications, IVs, and treatments while closely monitoring patient responses
• Communicate with physicians, healthcare team members, and patients' families regarding care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress
• Utilize evidence-based practices to optimize patient recovery and safety Qualifications
• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Med-Surg nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
