- A seasoned product management professional with extensive
experience in navigating complex retail environments.
- Proven ability to transform product initiatives from initial
concept to successful launch, delivering measurable impact.
- Expert in fostering collaboration across engineering, platform
teams, and key stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.
- Deep understanding of in-club operations, including processes,
systems, and data-driven decision-making.
- Skilled at optimizing budgets and resource allocation to
maximize efficiency and value. Role Overview:
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for in-club Operations
Products, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Leverage data-driven insights to harmonize product initiatives
with technology and in-club operations strategies.
- Drive initiatives that optimize labor, space utilization, and
operational efficiency, directly contributing to revenue
growth.
- Build and nurture cross-functional relationships to strengthen
and enhance in-club operational capabilities company-wide. Key
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business operations teams to ensure
technology aligns seamlessly with strategic organizational
goals.
- Serve as a strong advocate for club operations, driving the
development of IT products and services that meet their needs.
- Leverage data-driven insights to uncover opportunities and
guide strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate existing processes and technologies to identify areas
for innovation and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap, managing and
prioritizing product backlogs effectively.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of club operations products,
including development, deployment, and continuous
optimization.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate product adoption,
performance, and overall impact.
- Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration to drive
alignment and enhance operational outcomes. Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in product management within the retail
industry, with a track record of delivering impactful results.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a
related discipline.
- At least 6 years of experience in product management, retail,
or related fields, with exposure to complex projects.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data
and make informed, strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, fostering
alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing strategies to
achieve business objectives.
- Comfort with managing ambiguity, coupled with a strong ability
to lead and implement organizational change effectively. Leadership

through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in
Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days. In
accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following
represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this
position. At BJs Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range
of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual
salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited
to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay
range for this position is starting from $122,500.00.Required
