Expeditor Job DescriptionContessa - Boston, a renowned restaurant in Boston, is seeking an Expeditor to oversee the smooth flow of food service operations. As an Expeditor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes are prepared and served at the correct temperatures, and that orders are completed in a timely manner.Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the front and back of house teams to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and temperature.
• Manage orders and prioritize tasks to meet customer demands.
• Perform finishing touches on completed dishes.Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Full-time flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours, bend, push, pull, and lift 30 lbs.
