Job Description:

Join the Boston team as an experienced Area Service Manager for Morgan Services. Lead service teams, retain customers, and drive revenue growth.Key responsibilities include:

• Meet with customers to assess service levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Build relationships with customers to retain the target base and renew contracts.
• Develop and implement area pricing and contract terms strategies.
• Recruit, hire, and train service members on service responsibilities, revenue growth, and product knowledge.
