As a Senior Backend Ruby Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing backend systems, working closely with the product and engineering teams to build reliable, scalable solutions for their diverse client base.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using Ruby to support the AI-powered platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and AI specialists, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to improving the platform's performance, stability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of new features.
• Work with a focus on accessibility, ensuring that services meet the highest standards of inclusion and compliance.Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer, with a strong background in Ruby development.
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and database systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
