Job Facts & Figures:

Engineering:

• Deep full-lifecycle software development experience, from initial requirements elicitation to design, coding, testing, documentation, implementation, integration and training.
• Be able to act as a Product Owner in an agile engineering team.
• (Temporarily) lead an engineering team.
• Interact with key decision-makers in the engineering, software development, and R&D departments of existing and potentially new clients.
• Create the technical and project-related sections of tailored proposals to meet specific client needs. Business Development:
  • Support the business development team in identifying and generating leads through channels like social media, events, and networking.
  • Understand the software engineering services landscape and our competitive advantages.
  • Support client negotiations and address objections whenever technical questions are being touched.
  • Collaborate with business development and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility.
  • Meet or exceed technical sales objectives, contributing to company growth. Qualifications:
    • College or equivalent degree in Software/Electronical/Electrical/Medical Engineering or a related field.
    • Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years of experience in principal engineering or a similar function.
    • Knowledge of North American Medtech market (Automotive or Aerospace are a plus). Compensation and Benefits:
