Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service Representative job in Framingham, MA. This is a temporary opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for initiation, development and execution of assigned projects within a defined period of time, as well as making sure project milestones and targets are met. This position is responsible for data entry of Marketing data. The work might require searching in a database for existing names,matching contact information with contact codes, updating contact information through a marketing web tool, and logging material to be worked on. The work is well documented and limited in its variability. The data entry work and Business Reply Card processing is necessary to meet the current Referral Source growth plan to push Marketing Material into the hands of healthcare professionals who will refer subscribers. Additionally, this position is necessary for Direct Marketing to meet our subscriber goal.

This position covers numerous projects that come up requiring some critical thinking and coordination with a process owner. There is also responsibility for making and covering phone calls in support of projects. Callers are primarily Programs and Sales Reps and our responsibility is to provide material and support to enable their Sales and In-Service efforts. The expectation is good phone manner and the ability to clearly capture the caller's needs.

In time, the right person for this job will be able to work independently to fulfill responsibilities by leveraging the tools available to them
