Responsibilities

Kforce's global client is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager in Rockland, Massachusetts (MA). This is a great opportunity for a CPA with 5-7 years of experience to transition into a management role with a $1B+ company. Responsibilities:

• Accounting Manager will assist in the preparation of consolidation, cash flow, and financial statement disclosures
• Work with management to resolve complex accounting issues
• Prepare and review reconciliations account reconciliations
• Monitor compliance with internal compliance with internal controls
• As an Accounting Manager, you will assist the corporate accounting group with acquisition related financial integration
• Hands-on involvement with the month closing process, recording journal entries, and running month end reports
• Assist in the coordination of the yearend audit and quarterly 10Q filings
• Report to the Director of Accounting and supervise a Staff Accountant
  
  Requirements
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • CPA
  • Candidates with 4-7 years of experience, ideally out of Big 4 (or public accounting) is preferred
  • The candidate must be a self-starter, display a positive attitude, and work effectively within the framework of a team
    
    The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
    
    We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
